REFUND POLICY
How to return an item
Contact Us: Email us at hello@cowontheice.co.uk with your order confirmation details.
Return Shipping: We’ll provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept returns.
Important! Returns and exchanges happens at your own risk and own expense (shipping costs is to be paid by you).
Refund Processing
Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund. Please note that refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear on your payment card, though it’s usually much quicker.
What if the item arriced damaged?
Please let us know as soon as possible by emailing a photo and your order number to hello(at)cowontheice.co.uk, and we will send a replacement promptly.
